Extra driver-which car rental company has best rates/policies
Hertz is 13.65 a day out of DFW. I am gold, but I am traveling with my father who is not a AAA member. He's not interested in signing up for AAA at this point.

What are the rates for other rental car companies? Is it standard, or are their variations?
