Let's be sensible here. AC's reaction to VX entering and exiting is not unique to AC and entirely common throughout industry. Doesn't mean it's not offensive.
What about AA, they're on 1 of the 2 VX routes?
Further, VX CEO was on record saying they significantly underestimated Canadian's love affair with Aeroplan -basically admitting they got trounced
