Unfortunately there's clearly a market for 'cheap and cheerful' travel options and AC is doing their best at screwing the consumer into thinking they're getting a mainline product based on the price they're charging!!
So, utilizing Rouge AC is able to price your ticket so low that you can get flights, plus hotel for 2 people for what a competitor is charging for only 1 plane ticket. Clearly they're screwing the customer by charging a mainline price for an inferior product.

IMHO you don't have the grounds to complain on that people who have been rouged do.
