Mutton dressed as lamb?!?
Unfortunately i'll be flying rouge tomorrow night to LAS, due only to the fact that it was an ACV booking which for 2 people including hotel ended up being less than the cost of 1 ticket on the same route for a mainline (non-AC) carrier.
I'm not looking forward to the experience as i'm not short by any stretch of the imagination, and of course the thought of watching members of the Mickey Mouse club carry out an otherwise professional occupation is a little disheartening...especially at 30k feet!!!
Unfortunately there's clearly a market for 'cheap and cheerful' travel options and AC is doing their best at screwing the consumer into thinking they're getting a mainline product based on the price they're charging!!
