Just got off UA72 in SFO, push back in HNL was 2:04 pm, arrived in SFO at 10:14 pm. They did change the meal service to lunch/dinner with the ice cream sundae dessert. Crew was very good, started taking meal orders before we even pushed back. Came around with the snack basket at least 3 or 4 times after the meal.
I also received an email from the UA customer appreciation service offering 15k miles, $300 ecert, or 20% off next booking. I took the $300.
