Even though the PCAR/LCAR categories seem to get closer, in my opinion LCAR should still be somewhat "more elite" than the PCAR (I would think of "luxury" being more than "premium").

Surprising though to me is that the MB E class is a PCAR, whereas the C class is a LCAR. I would have thought it the other way round. If I quote prices they are the same for both cars, but nevertheless the vehicles are completely different category and size in reality.
