I'd say there's much more space in the middle seats than the windows, certainly at the buddy seat and there's significantly more storage space too

It's a tough call though as the windows are certainly more private and you have the windows. I'd do day flight window, night flight middle. I'd also select row 3/4 in the middle too, I find being at the back of the cabin makes it feel more airy but YMMV
