I agree that the wording is somewhat fuzzy and other CoCs I have read make the reference of "immediate family" which is not more clear either.

To the best of my knowledge, this is also not what LH means. Your parents e.g. are family even if you have a family of your own whereas under "immediate family", these things could be disputed (I once was told that QF is very finicky here).

I believe (after inquiring once for a friend of mine) that the LH definition is clear and straightforward - family is your children, spouse, or one of your parents. So an uncle or grandmother would not be covered.

Having said that - how could the taxes be a mere 106 EUR? Ought they not be in the range of 400 EUR+ minus the 50 EUR processing fee?
