After first being told that it wouldn't matter if I talked with a supervisor, they would tell me the same thing, then being offered a $20 future travel voucher, they finally agreed to refund the whole amount. I looked through everything I have and went through a dummy booking for the same ticket and I can't see anything about a reservation fee. Maybe I'm just blind? Ugh.
