Ditto, I've had to fly on AA, US and UA this last month with many of the flights suffering IRROPS. Dealing with their customer service and lack of ability to cope with issues was amazing.
Not related to customer service agents but why is it when IRROPS happen I can use the App or Website to change flights without having to wait on the phone or in line with Delta but no one else?
