Based upon this and other feedback since fin 801 was delivered we have just changed our AC5 PE seat selection from front bulkhead 12H & 12K to rear bulkhead 14H and 14K.

For RTW puppy, not sure how experienced you are with the TPAC flights.

In the Dreamliner Y cabin, row 18 is probably the best choice. Please bear in mind that the left side (18A) is likely to have the sun streaming in for the ENTIRE flight and in spite of window dimming there may still be some annoying glare. My choice in Y would be 18K westbound as it will be in the shadow almost for the entire flight, except possibly during landing positioning.

Please note that you may also see reference to row 18 in other unrelated posts. This is because in the 77L and 77W (NOT 77H!) row 18 is also the best choice because of space and the fact that in this row there is just a pair of seats next to the window on each side.
