Not exactly how the way you say it.

A FFP can be divided into reward and loyalty program. Usual FFPs have both combined. Some airlines have them separated, such as:

AC - Reward: Aeroplan; Loyalty: Air Canada Altitude

CX/KA - Reward: Asia Miles; Loyalty: Macro Polo Club

In a rare case, airlines may have 2 parallel loyalty programs, such as:

SQ - KrisFlyer - Reward and Loyalty by miles; Revenue - Loyalty by revenue (reward througfh KrisFlyer)

It is common that in the loyalty program, a "hidden" level will be given to the most important, like AA ConciergeKey, BA Premier, CX MPC DM+, LH HON Circle, UA Global Services.

No - you misunderstand.

Skywards is still the main program for reward and loyalty.

Business Rewards is a supplementary program to Skywards, focus on attracting corporate customers.
