@cph-flyer. Thanks for your response. Yeah, it's quite complicated with the UA check in. Last time they denied my second bagage and made me pay for it (even though I got the money refunded when I approached customer service within the terminal).
Please elaborate on getting the refund:
You went to customer service before security?
Showed your EB silver card?
And that was it?
Or you had other documentation etc?
Because: even if you book an SK ticket logged in with your EB silver number, the ticket for a go-fare will still read one pc for luggage, even if SK gives you two (due to EB silver). So it is not in the ticket record :-(
