OP, did you receive an email after your reservation stating that it was not ticketed and you will receive another email when it is?
I don't get the first email all the time, but probably most of the time. If you don't see the second email within a day, don't wait to check your reservation.
It's a shame it has to work this way. I think the average person assumes once they finish the purchase on the website, they're all set.
