I got a Frontier CC, not having an existing ER acct. I assumed Barclay would open one for me. No ER number on the CC, so I called Barclay and got the ER#, but I can't access it online, as the only way to get a pw is to open a new acct. I have emailed FA 3 time over a month and they simply don't respond. When I called, it says wait time is 35 minutes (after 10 minutes it is still 35 minutes).... how can I set up online access to my existing account? Thanks
