The pods are designed in such a way that I can't imagine stretching into the aisle. Don't worry about the A side for that reason.

Conventional wisdom around here is that the last rows are the best seats (8AFK or 9AFK depending on the layout) with the A side being preferred for privacy.

Having said that there's not any seat that I'd avoid.
