Can an airline have more than one home-grown Loyalty Programs?

@GaryKung, what about Loyalty Programs (LPs) within a single airline? May they ever have more than one? Looking at Emirates (EK), they seem to have two LPs having two separate Logins: "Skywards" & "Business Rewards." Is what I see there an outlier in the world of airlines? Or is "Business Rewards" not really a separate LP, but rather just what they call their Elite status system? Possibly with the presumption that most, if not all, Elites, will be business travelers who tend to travel more than non-business travelers.
