Thanks both. Isn't it annoying when we know BA's products better than they!

Later this morning, I'll give them a call and just carry on as if the first call hadn't happened. I have used ITA which prices the damn thing perfectly. I'll report back.

I wondered if anyone has ever emailed a booking to BA and asked them to make the booking.It would be more efficient IMHO.
