I very much understand that the crew are there for safety. But is it really asking too much that they properly look after passengers too? How often do serious flight safety matters occur on BA or any good airline?
The fact that most crew give good service levels really does show up those that can't be bothered.
A recent return from MIA in WT+ (no UuA) was very very good, so please let's not generalise about MF crew.
If BA have good systems in place, it should not be difficult to identify the crew on this flight.... If you comment on it.
If enough customers provided feed back, it would be easy to identify those that might be better working in health and safety rather than a frontline customer facing role.
