If you don't have his surname, his 2-letter computer sign-in will be all over your PNR, so he will be easy to track down (internally, that is, not for stalking purposes !!).
I was thinking the same but wasn't sure how the call centres are structured (e.g. their manager might be based somewhere else) so the online form should get the feedback through quicker.
