At the very least they lied about one thing: they told me all suites were sold out on Monday and Tuesday. I would not be able to get a suite even if I am willing to pay the suite rate. Then I went ahead and booked 2 suites on my phone. Reservation went thru without a problem. Once I had the reservation, they said I could have those suites. If this is not considered lying, I don't know what is.

I agree, but am not at all certain that they did. It doesn't appear to me that you were told that you would get a suite, only that there should be two suites available, that you may get one or two, etc.
