I agree, but am not at all certain that they did. It doesn't appear to me that you were told that you would get a suite, only that there should be two suites available, that you may get one or two, etc.

That's not what I said. I said that they probably only looked at your rezzie and did not look at all rezzies for the nights in question to determine how many PLTs were holding rezzies and would be competing for the available suites.
