Everybody has a window except J row 5. Even rows 38/39 which are in the section of the fuselage missing a window for ducting... each has no problem seeing outside since they 'share' the missing window. Row 38 has a window forwards closer to row 37 but still what I'd call row 38's window, and row 39 has a window immediately beside the row.
Row 31 has a window but you may not get a great view unless reclined.
Row 18 has 2 windows. However it also has a large LCD screen on the bulkhead which remains on all flight with Airshow which could make the light it gives disruptive for sleep in row 18 unless you have an eyeshade. Same for 31DEG.
For reasons such as armrest video and no footrest, PE row 12 wouldn't be my first choice even if it had 2 windows.
