JQ NZ uses Australian (VH) aircraft, no need to register to ZK to operate within NZ, and possibly able to fly ZK aircraft within NZ, the recently defunct Vincent Aviation Australia seemed to use ZK aircraft from Vincent Aviation New Zealand.
