Honestly.......this would probably be the best solution because it is really just writing and nothing more. Hey, I have been upgraded and appreciate it but more times than not I have not and/or had to bring it up and ask politely. It's simple, either everyone follows the program or not - it's simply the inconsistency that is frustrating and nothing changes.

I truly mean that - it would make sense to simply take it away and there will be no more expectations.........actually probably more positives in relation to customer service etc., because I can't imagine how many SPG members have negative things to say about this benefit?
