I'd be intrigued to know what training AC is giving the Rouge crews regarding issue resolution. Pretty much every Rouge boarding process is punctuated by countless "W T Effs" from the Y cabin when people first attempt to sit down. I'm sure it can't be easy for the crew to deal with. (For what it's worth, I've heard mostly good feedback on the Rouge cabin crews. It's a shame that's being drowned out by the negative feedback on the seat pitch.)
