Does anyone know How I can file BBB complaint to get my miles back for purchase thru the Barclay rewardboost shopping portal? What's the address to send the complaint to? It has almost been 60 days and stil didn't get the miles and it is not even tracked. I have been calling and speaking to different managers but all they do is give you separate case numbers. Today when I spoke to a manager, She said I already received the miles and it is shown in statement. She said I got 6k miles recently. I told her that was the regular 2 miles per dollar purchase and it has nothing to do with additional miles we can earn from the portal and she was totally clueless about the portal and hung up on me.
