If you need a replacement sooner you can always call in and a CSR/Manager can override the system and send out a replacement. As long as you received the original card and activated of course, if it still is on its way to you then thats different.

Tried to request replacement but you can only do that every 30 days and I did it 15 days ago to get the PIN card.
I wonder if the expiration will make a difference to the automated system, I hope not though. We have train travel in August as well, it's a long trip.
