Golden ticket to call centre person...how?

About four years ago I called the GC holder line and got excellent service from a guy in the Newcastle call centre. He gave me his name and since then whenever I have wanted to do a complex itinerary( usually about twice a year) I have emailed him with the details and he has fixed me up.
I have just received a golden ticket thing and want to give it to him but destroyed the letter telling me how to do it. Can anyone advise how it should be done
By the way he's fixed me up again for my next trip to Oz in January. It's probably a standard deal but he makes it feel special for us. Top guy
