On Marriott's website when you are at the screen where you are searching for a hotel, there should be "button" or "+" sign that you can expand toward the bottom of that screen and it is titled "Special Rates & Awards". Expand that and you will see a number of different option buttons. One of them should be titled "Corporate / Promotional code". Just put the code in there.
