How long does the Cancel button show up.

At the WalMart I go to, the Cancel button shows up for literally a millisecond before the screen changes to Credit Card Payment Not Allowed.

There is no way it can be pushed, at least when buying a money order or doing Checkfreebillpay.

This is at the MoneyCenter rather than a kiosk.
