I have traveled the world and I have to say US Airways/American baggage check and check in signage is the worst I have ever seen. Further the cattle feed lines for economy are just visually dreadful. Improvements would be so easy. Currently they have big colored squares with no clear line designation written. Customers are forced to ask for the correct line. A customer should not be forced to ask a representative what line. I could fix this problem so quick it is silly and sad considering USAir/American called PHX home not long ago.
