i loaded four $500 Vanilla Visas (not OV) at kiosk this morning with no issue.

This morning at this WM, the kiosk had the "Lane Closed" graphic on it, so I got in line at the MC. When I got to the clerk, she said that they could no longer load BB at the registers and that I had to use the kiosk. Of course, I looked over at the kiosk with her and she immediately went over and got it running. But thought that it was interesting that this was her perspective.

Wonder if she's already had customers that hit the new speedbump and so has drawn that conclusion or has she heard or seen something from WM?
