Why would priority pass reciprocate this offer? They want you, the customer, to buy their shiny black card. To make it worth your while, they are buying lounge access from Delta, US, NW, etc. so you have somewhere to sit.

This is not a benefit in the same way that alliance partners share abnd reciprocate lounge access.
