All is good. I talked to "Frank" aka Fakhar just a few minutes ago to activate probably due to the fact I tried to activate from work. The credit for the fee showed up the day after the statement generated. So now I have to spend $120 next month, suuuper. I guess I have to use the card a little more than I planned.
