As a consolation, at least we have a nice view of Tokyo Tower.
Complain to the club lounge staff if it still matters to you (too late for tonight...), and show proof of website availability. The club staff has always been extremely helpful to us. I just blogged about them upgrading us from a Grand Twin to the Club Deluxe Corner Queen when I asked...
