That is really annoying, would agree. And would add that my experience is similar. I have had purchases denied despite my notification to them. All banks have their own positives and negatives, but Citi's fraud department is among their biggest negatives. While I used to have several credit cards that were all citi, I got fed up enough that I changed cards.
