Toronto (as pointed out) - AC already flies directly
Dubai - mainly lower yield tourist traffic and connecting traffic on Emirates. Difficult for SK to make a business case.
Miami - a lot of lower yield traffic. Limited business traffic.
Delhi - there may be a case to reopen Delhi. I don't know enough to say much.
