If you are going to travel the new AA a lot, the Citi AA Executive gives you AC membership for the same cost as a regular AC membership, plus the miles. I recently cancelled my Barclay's US card to concentrate on the AA Executive (at renewal, I got an offer of 1000 extra miles every month I spend more than $1000 (which is every month) for 16 months).
