I see 2 levels of cash back, one for purchases 2%, and 4% for sales to card pool.com . I take the line you mention to mean they only track the US site, not the UK one. But it looks like there is a $1000 purchase or sale limit across all portals. If that's true it greatly reduces the scale. You might be able to work around with a family members account.
