TK is currently running specials for IST - many European cities for around 100 euros (until June 11th), however, you guessed it, December 19th - 31st is locked out.

I'm curious, is December 19th - 31st considered peak period out of IST? I can understand flying from other parts of the world but from IST? People generally only celebrate the new year.
