Kiosk is hit or miss. At one hotel kiosk, BoA Visa didn't work (asked for PIN - 0000, 1234, cash advance ATM PIN didn't work). BA Visa and AA MC did and didn't ask for PIN.

Parking kiosk, all three worked without PIN.
