Most stuff I leave with the bike. Helmet definitely stays with the bike; jacket, boots, gloves, may or may not depending on my destination and weather there. I have even left my GPS out on the handlebar, and a few days later it was still there. The valet guys keep an eye on the bikes, it's very safe.
Then again, most bikes there are nicer than mine. If someone were intent on mischief, there are better targets than mine.
