There's basically two routes you can go here, as discussed she gets a Reserve Card, the sign-up bonuses and RDM go to her and she can gift you the 15k MQM threshold bonuses for the $30k and $60k in spend.
Alternatively, you could get a Business Reserve Card in your own name or you could SkyMiles Platinum Card (Personal and/or Business) in your own name and earn the slightly lower threshold bonuses.
