There are a very few places where they can still be found and bought with a CC. Gas station C-stores are the main places I've found them. YMMV.
I treasure my main gas station that sells them with CC like a mother does a newborn child. Other locations are hit and miss or don't reorder stock when I ask.
A fresh stack of VR about 80 deep just came in yesterday that they ordered for me. It was like Christmas.
