Yep, this is exactly what we are doing. Each of us have our own Reserve card in our name (attached to each SM#). Then we each have a Platinum DL card on the other person's account, so that we can equal out the spending on both accounts to maximize the MQMs between us.

This also turned out to be good idea now that DL quit allowing guests for the SC entry.
