About two weeks ago I rented a transporter for a relocation on Avis. Now I received a call from the station that they are overbooked and cannot fulfil my confirmed reservation for the upcoming week due to overbooking and going to cancel the contract. They haven't offer me any alternatives, so I had to book a new transporter at Sixt for more or less double the price.

Has anybody of you had experiences about similiar cases?
