Got stuck here Monday for 6 hours, after a pilot called in sick. Must say we encountered extremely rude DL employees here.. Will avoid LAX in the future..

I take red-eyes out of LAX nearly every week and I'm not spending a minute extra than I need to even if the food improves. Marina del Ray is a ten minute drive away and full of awesome, reasonably priced restaurants and bars. If you had 7 hours to kill - you really should have checked that area out.
