Filed a BRG claim online yesterday for Grand Hyatt Guangzhou and it was approved today! The hyatt.com rate for a Grand View room was RMB 1500, but getaroom.com was RMB 966 for the same room. My approved rate is RMB 772 and they made me a reservation for two rooms as I requested in the claim.
