One thing that was nice was I was able to add a one week stopover in Istanbul for + $50. So instead of just vacationing in Milan I was able to add a week in Istanbul (IST) for small change.

I'm pretty sure that the IAH - IST route allows other stopovers, but I haven't messed with it much since I'm mainly wanting to do MXP. IST was just a fun diversion since I'm actually vacationing and taking it slow instead of mileage running.

Edit: Be sure to verify your fare code. Avoid super discount W and P as those will have 25% accrual after June 1st.
